Request for Transcripts
To request a copy of your high school transcript, complete the order form below. You can also make a request in person, by mail, or by emailing Sherri Soffe firstname.lastname@example.org. After 12 months of leaving Linfield, there is a $10 charge for each copy of record provided as well as mailing fees if applicable. Payment is required prior to the release of the record.

NOTE: This online order form should only be used if the records you are requesting will be mailed to an address within the United States. There are additional mailing fees associated mailing outside of the United States.
