Request for Transcripts – United States Delivery
For Delivery to a United States Address – To request a copy of your high school transcript to be sent to a United States address, complete the order form below. There is a $10 charge for each copy of record provided as well as mailing fees. Payment is required prior to the release of the record.
Please note: All transcripts will be mailed; unfortunately, they are not available for pick-up on campus at this time.

Please Note: The management of student information is kept in the physical form of records from the time they are received or created through their processing, distribution and use to placement in a storage and retrieval system until either eventual elimination or identification for permanent archival retention. Depending on the date of graduation or last school year attended it may take longer to retrieve the information. All requests will be processed within ten (10) business days from the time the request is received in our office.
***This online order form should only be used if the records you are requesting will be mailed to an address within the United States.
